Our Beach

Here is the start of our day.  We had some fog in the morning and some clouds.  It was cool at first but warmed up before we at breakfast.  There are still  Flood warnings. We ate on the lanai.

We had the last of the papaya, last scrambled eggs and the last  last Eggo. You know it's coming down to the end of the vacation.

We were sitting on the lanai enjoying the day, when out of the corner of my eye I catch his flash and I turned to look and here comes this women with a bikini that flashed with every step she took.  By the time I took my phone out of pocket, she was in the water. This guy with her starts to take photos of her.

She had this big blow up turtle and he was taking lots of photos and he was telling her how to pose.  When they were done, she got out of the water and they took off toward the ocean. Sometime later, they came back and they walked into the main resort building.

So odd, he never offered to carry this big blow up and she didn't have a coverup. Wish you could see the sparkle on that bikini!

Today we have three things to do. We want to go to a beach.  All the time we have been here our favorite beach has been closed.  We need some items from the grocery store. We need some premade sandwiches.  Now what order do we take.  Finally, we would go to Subway for a foot long. Remember when Subway had a foot long cost 5 dollars.  Things do change but that's okay. Our next stop was to stop by our favorite beach to see if it was open.  We pulled in and the road in front of the beach was still closed. Oh well, we were going to find a picnic table and eat there.  One of the life guards just happen to come out riding a four wheeler and I stopped him.  I ask him if we could go on the beach and he said yes.  We had the whole beach to our self.  Well almost.

We setup our chairs and sat there at our favorite Cemetery Beach.  There has been a lot of erosion drop off to the water. We got out our food and started to eat.

In the past, when we started to eat there were no birds sitting there expecting food.  This lasted a little while. then the birds started to show up.  They always seem to go over to Clela and stay away from me.

As we were eating I saw two guys in outriggers and one guy on a long board and they were moving fast.  My first thought they had to be idiots to be out there, but they were almost back to the shore.  The Canoe Club is at the other side of the beach.

The waves are large and there is a strong wind blowing.  Well they are almost in. Well that's is what I thought because they all turned around and went out again, so far that they were dots on the horizon.  Oh they did come back with the guy on the long board actually came back in second.

Most of the day people came and went, not us.  It did rain but we just moved back under cover of trees.  Clela had a towel with her so we used it.  All the others gave up and left.  You could see the rain coming in.

You can see the rain over by Lanai. Every time I leave here, I like this view red flag and all.

Looks like we are going to get more rain. Oh well are day is almost over.

We ate leftovers from yesterdays lunch at Star Noodle.  I thought It was better yesterday.

As I was typing this, my phone goes wild imitating this outrageous, loud, ear deafening sound. As I picked it up, it was vibrating as well as screeching sound, there was this voice was telling us to leave. I finally looked a the screen.

When I pressed on it it took me to my app and this is what it said.

After a check of my undies and looking out both the lanai and door It was indeed raining hard.  My thoughts where,  an I see the brown ocean water tomorrow.  That was our day, see ya.
