 Tuesday February 16th

Every Day Is A beautiful Day

We can't believe it but everyday has been perfect compared to last year.

Breakfast

We ate outside this morning.  You know that makes it six days in a roll.  Clela made French toast this morning.

That was real good with the slices of banana on top with real 100% maple syrup.  Like the placemats.

Just take a look at this this pic.

Last weekend you couldn't find a chair to set on.  Clela and I went swimming just a little bit.  Well okay, we both froze in the cold water. You couldn't swim with the pool full of people.  Now look at the pool today.  There are two couples with kids down there. What a change.

We ate lunch on lanai .

We had the leftover pulled pork from last night.  Got to love Maui chips.  We also had pork and beans.  Oh that black thing on my plate was an Oreo.

After our story, Clela tried to get some ice from the refrigerator  and no ice came out. She opened the freezer and ice flew all over. We cleaned up the ice and Clela tried again.  Nothing seam to work. She turned on the water in the bath room and hollered we don't have water.  She called the front desk and was told there was a problem and the water would be turned off for short time.

We went down to the beach and headed for our favorite tree, when we ran into a family from Cedarburg.  We met them last year.  He is a big kidder who doesn't know when to stop.   We put our chairs down to do our whale watching.  It's funny because just about the time you think nothing will happen.  There was a whale watching boat that slowed down because they were right next or close to a whale, when all of a sudden this huge whale makes a full breach right next to the boat. The whale was so close that I'm sure they were all wet. I hope they got some good pics.  Just then the whale made a full breach on the other side of the boat. I bet they will never forget that. Thanks to my binoculars I saw it all.  Here are some pics I took.

That was a good view some valleys on Molokai.

This is a familiar view.

It was three and that is drink time so we headed back to our condo.

Okay I did eat a lot of snacks first.  Got the ice maker to work for our drink.  The problem was frozen mass of ice in the shoot where the ice slides down.

For dinner (or supper as said in the mid west) we had salads from the Subway store across the street.

Can't beat that.  Well that's out day see ya.
