We got up today knowing there was a chance of rain. We thought let's get the most out of the day. We started out before breakfast by going down and getting a bagle.
We then went out to whale watching.
You know when we first got here there were days we didn't see any whales but now they are here. We saw a ton of breaches.
The wind started blowing harder and the waves started rolling each one seemed larger.
Being lunch time we went back to our condo.
As we went back we saw some construction going on next doot. You know they are working on shoring up their sea wall.
They are still adding sand bags.
We went up to our condo made a lunch and went to Cemetery Beach. Now the wind is blowing sand in my face.
Just had to show the cemetery. Since this beach was not the place to eat, we went to our New Beach. We can sit on grass so there is no sand blowing in your face.
We ate and enjoyed the views The couple in front of us had a tent just for their dog. Now were they being kind to the dog or hiding the dog because No dogs at the beach here. Like who is going to tell them to leave, the dog police.
All of a sudden the temperature dropped and a very light rain started, back to our car. By the time we got out to the highway the rain was heavy. By the time we got to the condo the rain had let up. By the time we got up to our condo it was a down pour.
I know you can't see the rain but just look at the round hot tub.
We had a rest. Ha ha Clela didn't get a picture of me sleeping. Okay maybe I had my phone and I had my IPad tucked away beside me.
We got got dressed for our Valentines Date.
With our umbrella in hand, we walked down to the Restaurant. There was live music and a full house.
We both had a drink, Clela had a Blue Lagoon and I had a Lemonade something. We ordered our food.
Very good food.
